Another great work from John Maxwell teaching the choices you need to make to get the most from your talent. My favorite chapters were Character protects your Talent and Teamwork multiples your Talent. A great readI speed-read through the book with the intention to look for things that could complement the CliftonStrengths Profiling tool. The book contents are consistent with the Strengths-Based approach, but I found little that met my objectives. The book on the whole has some valuable advise and suggestions, and is organised in an easy to read manner. This book really helped me to think about how can I be better. Even if I think I have not found my talent to do something... because I'm good at nothing. This book tells me to use these qualities that John C. Maxwell points... and maybe if I follow them, I will become great even with my lack of talent. That would be amazing... I'd like to exploit the minimum talent I have. Also, after I read "17 essential qualities of a team player" I realized with the knowledge I got from "Talent is never
